Rare Beauty Review Part 1: Lip & Cheek

Hello peeps! I know Rare Beauty has been released for a while but I just got time to post about them. I will divide the blog into 2 part, with part 1 being the colour cosmetics and part 2 being skin products.

First up is the Best of Rare Beauty Lip & Cheek Mini Duo.

It contains the Gratitude Dewy Lip Balm in Thankful (nude mauve with a dewy finish) and Soft Pinch Liquid Blush in Bliss (nude pink with a matte finish).

Suggested Usage:

-Swipe over lips whenever, wherever. Repeat for more color.

-Gently remove excess product from applicator.
-Use the doe-foot applicator and place one or two dots on each cheek.

I really love both! The lip balm may look a bit too brown on my skin, but once I put it on my lips they give a really healthy feel. Not too much tint, but my lips look so natural. It was really comfortable to wear as well, my lips feel so lush.

As for the blush, well I’m not a cream blush gal to begin with, but I was surprised at how much I love this blush. It doesn’t feel heavy, but rather it felt mousy and kinda like a cheek tint. It was really easy to use and I can never overdo it. The tint was quite soft so if I used a bit too much you can’t really notice. The shade makes my cheeks look super healthy.

These are so comfortable to wear! I really love having these in my bag when I travelled. I mainly dab them on the inner part of my lips and use my fingers to blend them outwards. They’re so easy to use and you can never really do wrong with these. Inspire may seem a bit too bright for some of you but once blended, it gives a really soft tint. As for Fearless, at first I thought that it might be too brown for my liking, but once blended it gives a really nice mauvy MLBB feel.
