MarcJacobs Beauty O!Mega Gel Powder Eyeshadow swatches

So I had some free time so I decided to swatch these single eyeshadows from Marc Jacobs. They boast a get coated pigment and12 hour wear.

Well I gotta say the “last forever” part is probably true. These pans are huge! As big as some blushes. So if you only get to use them occasionally, you will never ever finish it. However if these are shades that you use everyday, maybe it’s a good investment.

But here’s my personal opinion. I think these are too mediocre to be priced at $29 (I’m using the universal currency here). I have not tried them on for 12 hours to see if they really last, but I believe with eye primer you can achieve the same longevity with other shadows.

I think it is only worth it for people who will use these shades every single day. Like the description says “Cut out the clutter and get only the best shades you need now and want forever”. I think you should only get this if you will use them as a base color or transition shade (which you will use in combination with other palettes as well).
