Sydney Grace Cream Shadow Review & Swatches
I just couldn’t resist Temptalia’s review of these Sydney Grace liquid shadows so I had to snag some during Black Friday.
Brand’s description: These shadows are made to dry down to a smudge proof finish, they are not waterproof but they will last all day on the lids.
How to Apply: Put a dab (a little goes a long way) on the back of your hand or makeup palette, and use a fluffy flat (not dense) lid brush, and brush it onto the lids. They do dry fairly quickly so work 1 eye at a time. After it has dried down, and you find that you have missed a spot or it isn't as perfect as you would like, don't be afraid to rub gently back and forth - seriously it won't mess it up.
I picked up 5 shades:
Babe - Deep brown with a cool undertone.
Cliff Jumping - Taupe metallic shadow
I don’t know - Medium Metallic Brown
My Bond - Red with a blue shift
Starry Night - Blue with a brown shift
These are meant to be smudged, just how I love to apply my shadows. They are really pigmented and gave a super nice smokey eye. They are perfect alone, I don’t need to apply anything over. Their shift and shimmer is enough for me liking.
They are easy to wash off, I didn’t need to rub or anything. But they don’t fall out during the day either.
I think they are amazing for their price point!
