For light & lifted eyes:

use shape tape™ concealer on eyelid to prime
pack twinkle all over the lid as a base & buff shine on into the crease
apply glow down all over the lid
pack beam into the outer corner & buff onto lower lashline

I think this is a good beginner palette with easy to wear shades, and the palette is thin enough for travel. I felt that you needed a primer for the matte shades, but the shimmer shades are amazing.
