Herbivore Cloud Jelly Serum, Pink Cloud Cleanser Review

Hello everyone, today I received a new product from Herbivore to try. It’s the Herbivore Cloud Jelly Pink Plumping Hydration Serum!

Brand’s description: A non-sticky, hyaluronic acid-alternative serum that helps dry, dehydrated skin bounce back. Tremella mushroom, a hyaluronic acid alternative, and vegan collagen leave skin feeling hydrated and plump.

Suitable for: Cloud Jelly Serum is suitable for all skin, including sensitive types.

Nature’s super moisturizer, Tremella Mushroom, can hold up to 500x its weight in water and is scientifically proven to retain moisture better than topical hyaluronic acid. Lightweight, not sticky, PEG-free, silicone-free.

Scent: Natural, light floral and fruit
Texture: Bouncy, jelly-like serum
Color: Light pink

Apply 2-3 drops to clean, damp skin AM/PM

Massage in as a leave-on treatment
Follow up with moisturizer and/or facial oil.
Can be mixed with Herbivore oils for a customized 1-step moisture routine
Use daily or as often as needed

The texture is like a runny jelly. As the brand described, it is very lightweight and is quickly absorbed into my skin. An its own, I can use this in the morning when I don’t want sticky stuff all over my face. At night, I follow up with heavier stuff after using this.

I also received a mini bottle of Pink Cloud cleanser to try as well.

Scent: Subtle rose
Texture: Creamy gel, transforms into gentle lather
Color: Pale pink

To remove makeup, apply 1-2 pumps directly onto dry skin. Rinse thoroughly with water until clean.

Pump 1-2 times into wet palms.
Add water and lather into a gentle foam.
Massage onto wet skin for 30-60 seconds.
Rinse off and pat dry.

The cleanser does what it claims. It’s a gel that doesn’t lather up much, my face feels clean and fresh after using. It doesn’t leave my skin scorching dry at all. The scent is pretty light.
