Westman Atelier Beauty Butter Powder Bronzer, Super Loaded Tinted Highlight, Vital Skin Foundation Stick Review & Swatches

Hello! This is a continuation of my Gucci Westman haul.

First up is the Beauty Butter Powder Bronzer - Coup De Soleil

Key Ingredients:

Cocoa Seed, Mango Seed, and Capuacu Butters for a truly skin-nourishing outdoorsy glow.

Gucci’s Notes:

Sweep it in a horizontal motion over the cheeks, eyelids, temples and forehead - really anywhere the sun would naturally hit.
For bronzer, my general rule is not to go below the cheekbones.
But don't forget to apply to your neck and collarbones if they're showing!

I am in love with this bronzer! This shade leans warm and is so easy to use. It’s quite subtle, but can be built up, and has a glowy sheen. I’m a huge fan of glowy bronzers to begin with, so it’s right up my alley. Its pretty subtle, maybe a bit too light for medium-dark skintones. But for pale gals, this shade is gorgeous. I have a heavy hand when I apply makeup so this shade is great for me - I can’t mess it up.

Brand’s description: Beautiful highlighting cream delivers luminous warmth in universally flattering shades. A soothing, easy-to-apply, multipurpose polish for eyes, cheeks, and face infused with a combination of antioxidants and hydrators. Nourishes and treats skin while enhancing natural glow.

Key Ingredients

Hyaluronic Acid Filling Spheres, designed to smooth and fill wrinkles for a lifting effect.

Caper Extract, a natural soothing active derived from caper buds. Helps reduce inflammation and enhance skin well being.

Organic Jojoba Oil, a natural antioxidant, provides moisture for a radiant and luminous finish. A Cell Protecting Antioxidant, provides protective properties against pollution and UV damage.

Gucci’s Notes:

I use this to create every kind of finish, from a hint of peach glow or a touch of rose to a deep beachy radiance - natural yet refined.

I like to apply it with the Blender Brush for better dispersion, but you can also use your fingers.
Just follow your cheekbone and work up.
Add to eyelids to make eyes pop.

To be honest I wasn’t ecpecting much from this cream, highlighter. But it turns out to be soooooo gorgeous! It glides on effortlessly, doesn’t make me look like a disco ball, and the finish is so pretty! Just look at the swatches.

If there’s one thing you buy from the brand, its this. There are 3 shades, and now I’m tempted to get more.

Lastly is the Vital Skin Foundation Stick. I chose the shade atelier I - fair, with neutral undertone.

Camellia Seed Oil to protect skin from environmental pollutants.

Coconut Oil to rejuvenate dehydrated skin.

Gucci’s Notes:

I start by prepping skin with moisturizer and then use fingers to pat into skin, building in areas that need more refinement.

I always work with a few foundation shades on hand to mimic the tone variations of real skin — lighter under eyes, matching in the T-zone.
Our skin responds to our environment and is not all one tone - I wear Atelier II and III in the Winter and Atelier III and IV in the Summer.

Westman Atelier Vital Skin Foundation Stick Swatches - Atelier I

This really is a very natural foundation. Don’t expect much coverage. Once blended, it disappeared into my skin. I think it’s best used alone (normally I set my foundation with setting powder because of the humidity here). I will be using this somewhere cold and dry during my vacation.
