Kosas Cosmetics Color & Light Palette Pressed, Cream Review & Swatches
Hello everyone this blog is on all the Kosas blushes that I own! I previously posted on 2 powder blushes that I own over a year ago, but this blog has more shades, and also include the cream ones that I recently bought.
The cream version also comes in a normal and a high intensity version. Mine are all the normal versions.
Brand’s description: A super blendable, skin-conditioning cream blush + highlighter palette in perfectly paired duos that give a dewy pop of color. Super easy to swipe on, this clean formula combines refined pigments with active botanicals for the creamiest feel that’s actually good for your skin. Each palette includes a highlighter that perfectly coordinates with and picks up the undertone of the blush — for the most flattering, dewy finish. Pink, peach, and bronze options make up the ideal everyday blush wardrobe. Each duo is also available in a high intensity version with double the pigment for double the payoff.
Sweep blush over the apple of cheeks with fingertips and pat to blend. Using your fingertips, pat highlighter onto the high points of the face--or wherever you feel like glowing.
I think these blushes are great! To be honest, I did not expect to love a cream blush. I only bought these because I’ve been seeing so many positive reviews and so I thought I had to try them. Also the powder version was so good too.
For me, this cream blush has a bit of a gel feeling. It’s a bit sheer, so you can’t really overdo it. They are best for a dewy look - not great for tropical climate where I live. But I love a good dewy blush once in a while.
First up, Tropic Equinox. For me this is a warm toned lush, not really a bronzer.
Next is Velvet Melon.
And 8th Muse.
And here’s how they all look side my side:
Next are the powder palettes. I already did a review in the link below:
Color & Light Palette
Brand’s description: An ultra-blendable powder blush and highlighter palette in versatile duos of balancing, brightening, foolproof, clean, and skin-cushioning formulas.
Soft, controllable, and buildable, this reimagined formula combines finely milled, optically blended pigments with active botanicals to deliver silky, even color and a skin-cushioning sensation. Each duo has two levels of intensity for color that compliments every skin tone. High intensity duos have double the pigment for double the payoff. Each palette pairs the perfect pigment with a coordinated highlighter to pick up on the undertone of the blush.
Highlighted Ingredients:
- Jojoba Seed Oil: Soothes and balances.
- Moringa Seed Oil: Brightens and provides vitamin C.

I recently added Papaya 1972.
