KKW Beauty Baking Powder Review & Swatches
I got 2 shades of the KKW Beauty Baking Powder - Bake 1 Translucent, and Bake 2 Translucent Pastel Pink.
Brand’s description: A Lightweight, non-drying, velvety powder formula that creates a soft-diffused finish. These universal translucent powders come in shades suitable for every skin tone, perfect for baking and setting the under eye.
I know they are for baking, but I never do any baking myself, and I have been using them as a setting powder. So this review will be based on their usage as a setting powder.
Here’s Bake 1 Translucent.
And here’s Bake 2 Translucent Pastel Pink
Here’s how they look side by side:
They actually work great as a setting powder. They don’t look cakey or anything, and does brighten up my complexion too. It does give my skin a diffused look, as the brand claims.
However, I don’t think you need both shades. Once on top of foundation, I can’t really see a difference between the two shades. Just choose the shade based on your undertone.
