KKW Beauty Powders Review & Swatches: Blush in Destiny & Grace, Glitz & Glam highlighter, Brighten Powder
This post is a compilation of the 4 KKW powder compacts that I own. Some were included in a bundle, some I bought individually.
First up is the KKW Beauty Brighten Powder.
Brand’s description: Silky pressed powders infused with fine brightening pearls which add radiance under the eyes and help to create a fresh and awakened look
This powder does exactly what it’s supposed to. I use this powder on the high parts of my face, when I don’t want too much glow from a highlighter. The powder is buttery and doesn’t cake up. (Swatches are below)
Next is Glitz & Glam highlighter - pearlized peach champagne.
Brand’s description: A beautiful, pearlized highlighter created for brightening and adding glow to cheekbones, cupid's bow, nose, corners of the eyes, collar bones and any areas you want to add radiant shimmer.
This is one really pretty highlighter. It’s a really pretty champagne that no one can go wrong with. It is a bit chalky compared to other champagne highlighters I own though. Also this shade you can find anywhere.
See swatches below:
Next are the Classic Blossom Blushes
Brand’s description: These first-ever KKW Beauty blushes incorporate pearls to illuminate and highlight the features while bringing a soft flush to the apples of the cheeks. The creamy powder glides on the skin with a silky finish, allowing for buildable coverage throughout the day.
I own two shades:
Grace- Pink rose with light gold pearl. I broke this shade so I don’t have a closeup photo, sorry.
Destiny- Terracotta peach
Both shades are really pretty! I don’t have anything bad to say about them (apart from the fact that they are a little easy to break - but I’m just being clumsy). Grace has a slight sheen, while Destiny made my look super healthy. If you wanna buy them, wait for a sale.
And here are swatches of all four of them together:
