Beigic Skincare Review Part 1: Treatment Lotion, Regenerating Oil, Comforting Cream

I recently discovered Beigic through Instagram and was immediately attracted by its minimalism, multitasking products. Although the brand’s hero ingredient is coffee, I’m not a coffee fan. I don’t drink coffee and I’m also not attached to coffee scents, but I was still interested to try this brand. I finally made an order at the end of last year.

Brand’s story: BEIGIC is inspired by the color beige as we feel it is the color that represents the daily little pleasures. Like the soul warming morning sun rays outside the window, or like the relaxing smell of freshly roasted coffee beans. With soothing scents, sensorial textures and the pure, translucent packaging, we present you the little BEIGIC TOUCH that completes your skincare rituals, your mood and your day.

I bought so many products, so I will divide my review into 2 posts. This post will be all about face products which include the Treatment Lotion, the Regenerating Oil, and the Comforting Cream.

First up is the Treatment Lotion.

Actually I wanted to buy the full size bottle, but I saw that they had it in a set so I ordered the set thinking it was full size. Turns out its a mini size and I fully regret not getting the full bottle.

Not only has it been formulated with ingredients designed to promote regeneration, but it has an instantly soothing and calming action to help bring overworked skin back into balance. The result? Instantly well-behaved skin with no signs of irritation.

After washing your face, clean your skin with toner, and then take a liberal amount of Treatment Lotion. Gently pat it on your face to absorb it. Layer it 2-3 times repeatedly, thereby tightly filling in the effective ingredients of the treatment lotion.

I love face lotions in general, so of course I love this lotion! It has a soft herbal scent (not strong on coffee at all). My skin feels so plumped after using this and it is absorbed into my skin pretty quickly. It seems like I love Korean lotions that I’ve tried (including the one from Son&Park). I got nothing bad to say about this product at all.

It’s watery and is easy to be patted onto my skin.

Next is the Regenerating Oil.

Brand’s description: A blend of pure oils with natural caffeine-rich green coffee bean oil and argan oil that helps it absorb fast on the skin, brighten up skin tone, leaving a dewy glow while keeping it moisturized.

-Moisturizing&Nourising Instantly absorbs and nourishes, hydrates skin with a dewy glow.
-Firiming Tightens skin and even fine lines.

-Brightening Brighten the overall skin tone. Visibly reduces hyperpigmentation.

Apply after toner. Lightly massage 3 to 4 drops onto the face morning and evening.

I’m normally not a fan of face oils ( I don’t like oiliness and greasy formulas) but I have to say I like this face oil. I feel like its not that oily and has a watery feel to it. It is absorbed into my skin pretty quickly and doesn’t leave a greasiness feel after I use it. It also has a lovely coffee mixed with herbals scent that makes it even more relaxing to use.

Next is the Comforting Cream.

Brand’s description: A facial cream that completely excludes elements of silicone that block pores.
With clean and natural ingredients, which lets your skin breathe comfortably, this cream fills skin with deep moisturizing substances that are neither lacking pore overflowing, and comforts skin.

Every morning, and nightly apply a moderate amount on your face and gently massage. Pat the comforting cream on dry skin to help it absorb completely.

Ok at first I thought this was just another normal cream but I love it! First of all, its got a lovely herbal scent that feels like I’m in a spa.

The formula might seem like a lightweight cream, but its actually richer than I thought, but still easy to spread. Once spread on skin, I can feel how moisturizing it is.

See how it’s actually quite thick?

I love how it feels on my face after its absorbed! It doesn’t feel heavy at all, and doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy. It’s a rich cream that feels lightweight. Am I contradicting myself here? Bottom line is I love it.
