Tomford New Eye Color Quads 2020: De La Creme, Noir Fume, Arabesque, Sous Le Sable

Hello peeps, Tom Ford launched some new Eye Color Quads for 2020 and so of course I had to swatch them. I did not buy any however, since these are all very basic everyday shades, and I already own these shades. Some of the shades I feel we can find dupes at a much affordable price point.

However they are such staple shades that if you are new to makeup, then they will be nice everyday office-wear shades.

I did these swatches and photos at my local Tom Ford counter, so I apologize for the bad lighting. Some of the shimmer shades actually are nicer in real life.

First up is 28 De La Creme

Next is 29 Noir Fume. This is my favourite out of the bunch. It’s a deep neutral with two shimmer shades and a liner shade. I feel like this would be the palette that I would reach for the most.

30 Arabesque. This was the palette that I was looking forward to the most, since I love Tom Ford’s glitter shades from other palettes. However, I feel like the glitter in this palette was so impressive, and the shade combination was just off.

Last is 31 Sous Le Sable. This apparently was a replacement for Cognac Sable. I donno, I just felt like you can find these shades from any brand in Sephora.
