Colourpop Supernova Shadows review

Hello guys today Imma review the Colourpop Supernova shadows. I picked up 4 when they first launched, but I believe they now have more shades available.

I was into those liquid eyeshadows/liquid highlighters trend cause it’s such an easy way to light up my eyes and run out to work. So I didn’t hesitate to pick these up at all, plus they’re so cheap you can easily grab a few and not feel bad for your wallet. I picked up 4 shades: Prelude, Now or Never, Lucky Penny, and From the Valley.

I’ve tried them for a couple days now and here’s my honest review: they’re kinda bad. I mean I’ve tried Cover FX, and I can definitely tell the difference. The Colourpop ones are streaky and the have chunks of glitter that piled up on my lids and they just looked scaley one they dried. I couldn’t find a way to spread them out beautifully, so they just dried in chunks. I have no idea how it could be this bad, perhaps I’m using them wrong? Anyone got tips on how to use these?

Shade wise, I actually like the colors I got. They’re all glittery and just looks so great in the bottle. Apparently less so on the skin. I also got swatches for you, see for yourself how these are chunky.
