Pretty Vulgar The Feathers Mascara and ShimmeringSwan Highlighter

First of all, Pretty Vulgar is a brand with a vintage look, vintage packaging, vintage everything. All their products are so cute on my vanity table!

Pretty Vulgar Shimmering Swan Ultra Reflective Highlighting Powder - Lilac Lust

The first item I have is the Shimmering Swan Ultra Reflective Highlighting Powder.

The one I got is shade Lilac Lust - Lilac with blue duo-chromatic pearl. This was just something way out of my comfort zone. It’s called a highlight, but I doubt I can use this alone as a highlighter. I mean you can probably use it for unicorn parties or just a little hint on the cheekbones. I mix it with blush.

This is such a unique shade! So in love.

Next is the Feathers Mascara.

I think you can guess why I bought this. The packaging is just beyond cute! The cap is a bird cage and the whole tube just looks super luxe. White and rosegold is just a combination too pretty to resist.

OK I have to be honest here. This mascara doesn’t really work for me. It doesn’t really reach my lashes and the formula just wasn’t right. I still prefer my Benefit They’re Real mascara and the Hourglass Extreme mascara more. It’s such a shame cause I love the packaging of this one so much!
