Lilah b part1: Palette Perfection Eye Quad - b.envied, b.fabulous, Bronzed Beauty™ Bronzer Duo
Hello everyone! I have slowly collected some Lilah b. products little by little that now I think I have enough to do a full review. I will divide my blog into two parts, starting with the powders, and then another blog on the cream products. First, let’s start with the powder products.
Lilah b Bronzed Beauty™ Bronzer Duo
Who doesn’t love bronzer/highlighter duos? Of course I had to try it right?
Here’s the brand’s description: With a swipe of our bronzer duo, you’ll be instantly sun-kissed. The silky texture of our bronzer blends seamlessly into the skin leaving a healthy looking glow. Highlight with our lightest shade, contour and define with the darkest shade or combine the two for a natural kiss of the sun. As the ultimate multi-tasker, sweep colors over eyes for a natural shadow look.
Key Ingredients + Benefits:
-Coconut Oil: leaves skin supple and moisturized
-Aloe: contains soothing and moisturizing properties
-Agar: leaves skin hydrated and glowing
The powders are housed in a white pebble - quite heavy -but looks very chic and cool to pull it out. That being said, it is too heavy for travel in my opinion, so it will be left in my drawers for chic-ness.
Here you can see from the swatches that the bronze shade leans pretty orange, and has very fine shimmers. I don’t like the orange part, but I like the shimmery part. Too bad there is only one shade, or I would have preferred a darker shade that leans more gray. This palette to be doesn’t do any contouring, but is best for warming up the complexion.
Here’s a heavier swatch:
Next are the two eyeshadow quads that I own. b.enviedis the olive quad, and b.fabulous is the smoky quad.
Here’s the brand’s description: An all-in-one eyeshadow quad with long-wearing, versatile formulations to take your look from subtle to bold, day to night. Each palette is created with shade combinations for unlimited eye looks. Apply dry to achieve a simple dusting of color, or apply wet to bring out the highly pigmented nature of the shadows, creating exquisite, intense hues. The darkest shade in your favorite palette easily becomes your liner, or apply to define brows, and dust the lightest shade to highlight and accent.
Key Ingredients + Benefits:
-Marigold Extract: improves the appearance of skin hydration and elasticity
-Coconut Oil: leaves skin supple and moisturized
-Aloe: provides moisturizing properties for smooth, creaseless application
-Agar: leaves skin hydrated and glowing
Application tips: Using our lilah b. custom eye brushes, apply dry to achieve a simple dusting of color. Wet application brings out the pigmented nature of the shadows, creating exquisite, intense shades. The darkest shade in your favorite palette easily becomes your brow powder or eye liner. Use the lightest shade to highlight and accent.
These are also housed in a heavy white pebble packaging. Pretty, chic, but not very travel friendly.
So first up is b.envied - Olive.
Here’s my take on this quads: It’s quite sheer, but could be built up. I think it reminds me of those Japanese brands that create soft shimmery colors - nuance shades and layering. I’m not much of a fan of sheer shadows though, unfortunately.
Below are closeups of each shade.
You can see here from my fingers that the shades aren’t pigmented, but they lean more towards nuance-ness.
And you can see here from my swatches that they appear quite sheer.

Next up is b.fabulous. This is the smoky quad.
This quad is in no way smoky. Ok it’s supposed to be smoky, and the shades look smoky but when applied it doesn’t give a smoky look (cause in my mind a smoky look needs to be dark and pigmented). This quad gives more of a sheer dark look. Like if you want to wear a smoky eye to the office and you want to tone it down. To me, I prefer that dark kind of smoky.
Fingers dipped:
These swatched sheer as well.

That’s it. Please continue to part 2 for more Lilah B cream products.
