Indee Lee Skincare - COQ - 10 Toner, Brightening Cleanser, Banish Solution

After seeing this brand for a while on Instagram, I finally brought myself to ordering it. Luckily, Cult Beautyhad a special offer on Indee Lee where you get a free full-sized Brightening Cleanser with your order over 60 pounds. I picked the Blemish Lotion, the CoQ-10 Toner, and the Brightening Cleanser. First impression is, the bottles are huge! From the photos I’ve seen, I always imagined them to be smaller.

At first when I tried the toner, I hate it. It smelt like something the doctor would wipe your body with when he’s gonna pluck the needle in. But after a few uses, I’ve grown to love it.

COQ-10 Toner

Turns out I don’t particularly hate the scent, but I wouldn’t say I love the scent either. It’s OK, I’m fine with the scent.

But what I love about this toner is it really does do what it claimed. My skin really did feel refreshed, and it didn’t have alcohol or essential oils (great for sensitive skin, I’m also allergic to alcohol). You also get quite a lot of product for the price. I have no complaints about this toner at all.

Next is the Brightening Cleanser

I gotta say, this is now my favourite cleanser! First of all, I love the gel texture. I’ve always preferred gel over all other types of cleansers. Second, the bottle has a lock on the lid, So I don’t need to worry about accidently pressing on it and spilling out the gel. Finally and most importantly, I effing love the scent! This smells exactly like my favourite ice-cream, so you can imagine the joy everytime I wash my face! I love the cleanser so much that I have gone ahead and purchased the Purifying Face Wash as well, but they are quite similar.

Lastly is the Banish Solution/Blemish Solution.

When I bought this product, it was named Blemish Solution. Apparently it has been renamed to Banish Solution.

Brand’s description: Clarify & Calm -Is an unwanted imperfection cramping your style? Help combat it with this talc-free solution. Colloidal Sulfur and Salicylic Acid work to draw out impurities and absorb excess oil while Zinc Oxide nourishes the skin. New look, new name, same great product.

HOW TO USE

- Dip, don't shake.

- Place a cleen cotton swab into the sediment and dot onto affected areas.

- For optimal results apply for at least 2 hours or overnight before removing with warm water for the ultimate reveal.

Now this was a mysterious product for me. I did not know what it was when I ordered it (yea I do buy recommended stuff without knowing what they are lol). But it was a best seller so I had to try it out. Turned out this is an acne solution.

What you do it let the solution form a sediment at the bottom of the bottle and dip a cotton swab in the pink sediment and apply it on top of pimples and acne. I don’t use this product on a daily basis, only when I have large pimples when I’m on my period (dam you hormones).

It has a very weird scent, like some chemical (but trust me I have tried other solutions and they smell even worse), so I think if you have some sensitivity with scents, you shouldn’t blindly order it.

This is one of those blind purchases that I did not regret buying at all. It works! My pimples really did dry down (I apply the solution before I go to sleep). A little goes a long way, I have not even used up 10% of the bottle. I think its a great purchase.
